3 lbs Red Potatoes unpeeled and cut into 3/4 inch (2 cm) pieces
0.25 cup Becel® Original margarine
0.5 cup Sour cream non fat


  1. Cover potatoes with water in large saucepot. Bring to a boil over high heat. Reduce heat to medium and cook until potatoes are very tender, about 10 minutes; drain.
  2. Return potatoes to saucepot. Add Becel® Original margarine; mash. Stir in sour cream. Season, if desired, with salt and black pepper.
