1.5 lbs Chicken breasts, skinless, boneless
0.5 cup Orange Juice concentrate
0.5 cup Maple Syrup
2 tbsp Fresh Lemon Juice
0.25 tsp Table Salt
Vegetable Oil Spray


  1. Combine orange juice, maple syrup, lemon juice and salt.
  2. Place chicken breasts in a bowl and add liquid mixture.
  3. Marinate for 4 hours, or longer, in the refrigerator.
  4. When ready to bake, heat oven to 375°F.
  5. Using vegetable oil spray, prepare a 13” x 9” baking pan.
  6. Place chicken and marinade in the baking pan.
  7. Cover the pan with foil.
  8. Bake for 20 minutes.
  9. Turn over chicken breasts.
  10. Bake uncovered for another 20 to 30 minutes, or until juices run clear when breasts are cut at the thickest part.
