95% of quality coffee is sourced through Nespresso’s unique AAA Sustainable Quality ProgramTM. The Reviving Origins Program aims to revive disappearing coffee productions. So far, 56% of Nespresso’s coffee volume is certified with Rainforest Alliance & Fair Trade which we are continuously finding solutions to increase.
Every cup of Nespresso coffee will be carbon neutral by 2022. Our eco designed machines are made of reliable components and are designed to use a precise consumption of water, coffee, and energy for each cup of coffee. We also plan to triple our planting capacity in partnership with PUR Project.

Grapefruit and mint splash through World Explorations Miami Espresso in Miami Splash. A swirl of brown sugar brings deep caramel sweetness, mirroring one side of the coffee’s aromatics. Ingredients
1 capsule of World Explorations Miami Espresso (40 ml)
4 ice cubes (131 ml)
Fresh grapefruit
Fresh mint
1 stick (4 g) Nespresso brown sugar
60 ml sparkling water
Directions
1. Extract 40 ml of World Explorations of Miami Espresso into your Barista Milk Frother Device and add one ice cube. Close the lid, select the “Iced Nitro” recipe on the device and press the start button.
2. In a glass, add 5 pieces (90 g) of fresh grapefruit, 6 mint leaves and 1 stick (4 g) of Nespresso brown sugar. Muddle it.
3. Add 4 ice cubes (30 g each) and pour in 60 ml of sparkling water.
4. Mix it slowly with a spoon
5. Pour the cold Nitro-style coffee over the mixture
6. Garnish with a nice sprig of fresh mint

Classic exotic tastes breeze through our Miami espresso over ice. Citrus, mint and ice refresh while agave syrup and coconut milk bring a creamy warming texture to this recipe. Ingredients
1 capsule of World Explorations Miami Espresso (40 ml)
3 ice cubes (98 ml)
Lime peel
10 ml agave syrup
90 ml Coconut milk
Sprig of fresh mint
Directions
1. Place 3 ice cubes (30 g each) into a glass
2. Add a fresh (non-treated) lime peel
3. Pour 10 ml of agave syrup and 90 ml of coconut milk into your glass and extract 40 ml of World Explorations Miami Espresso over it
4. Garnish with a nice sprig of fresh mint
