Delivery was 2 days earlier than expected. Easy assembly, husband had it assembled and operational in about an hour. All pieces were included, nothing missing. Item was in perfect condition. Not a single scratch or dent anywhere. It looks beautiful on my patio and operates as described. We have all been staring at it every night since it arrived.

I was pleasantly surprised by this unit. I did not expect it to give off so much heat and the flame to be so high (you can adjust the flame). Easy to put together. It arrived within a week and I got it for 50% off. All and all very happy with my purchase.

Great purchase

Good quality material provides sufficient heat for its purpose easy to assemble. Great price and excellent shipping no problems experienced with pick up at local store.

Not working properly

Purchased this table and absolutely loved it the first summer. We stored inside during the winter and took it out the following summer, and that's when the issues started. Trying to light it and keep it lit became a game of how long do you think it will take to finally get it going. It just would not catch and when it finally did it would stay on for about 3 seconds and die out again. Done with the game and this table.

Table Should Last More Than One Year!

When it arrived,  it looked like box had bèen previously opened.   We spent about 40 mins assembling table, one of the final steps in assembly is to attach the top, that is when we discovered a broken bolt as part of the ignition switch. 
5 emails later, still waiting to hear how they intend to fix situation... have not heard anything back in 4 days.

It is difficult to adjust the intensity of the fire. It goes down and goes out on its own. I have to turn it on a few times before everything works normally. In addition, the receptacle containing the lava stones is not deep and it is impossible to hide the burner properly.

Not recommended

Went to put it together and it was missing one of the larger side walls. Came with 3 of the other side. Tried contacting company but realized I was dealing with China. They wanted me to send pics of every single piece sent.  Gave up and just returned it.
