[Q2] The water tastes weird / plastic-like A: Like most new appliances, a slight plastic taste may appear when first used. To eliminate the taste, please clean the dispenser with citric acid solution, then disconnect the water source and fully drain the machine. [Q3] I cannot find the UV button A: This unit does not have a self-cleaning button. A UV lamp is located inside the cold water tank (visible when you remove the top cover). It operates automatically when the unit is plugged in. [Q4] The machine is not working A: Please describe the issue in detail.
