Subscribe to Save is Walmart.ca’s exclusive subscription service that allows you receive automatic deliveries for items you use frequently.

Is there an annual fee to join Subscribe to Save?
No! Joining Subscribe to Save is absolutely free. There’s no membership fee or annual fee and you have the freedom to pause or cancel at any time if you wish.
How do I sign up for Subscribe to Save?
To sign up, simply select the “Subscribe to Save” option on any eligible product page and choose your delivery frequency. Once you place your order, you’re signed up for Subscribe to Save. Easy!
How do I add an item for Subscribe to Save?
To add an item for Subscribe to Save, simply follow these easy steps while you shop:
- Look for eligible items marked as “Subscribe to Save”.
- Select the “Subscribe to Save” option on any eligible product page.
- Choose your delivery frequency.
- Once you place your order, you’re signed up and subscribed to that item.
If you have an existing subscription that you’d like to add a new item to, you can do so by adding it within 5 days of your upcoming shipment from an eligible item’s product page.
Shipping & Billing for Subscribe to Save
Is shipping free for Subscribe to Save?
Standard shipping is free on orders of $50 or more, so you’ll only be charged for standard shipping on your first Subscribe to Save order if it’s under $50. Every Subscribe to Save order afterwards qualifies for free shipping, even if the value of the order is less than $50. However, free shipping excludes remote markets.
When are my Subscribe to Save items shipped?
You'll see your subscription order date clearly marked under the “Next Order” tab in the “My Subscriptions” section when you sign into your Walmart.ca account. We'll place the order that day and you can expect to receive it within 5 to 10 business days. You’ll receive an email reminder for your order 10 days prior to the scheduled order date.
If an item goes on back order, we'll notify you by email. We'll follow up if the item is still on back order 15 days later. In the event that an item remains on back order through your next shipment date, we'll cancel the order and resume the scheduled order process. Don’t worry—you’ll never be charged for items that are not delivered.
When am I charged for my Subscribe to Save items?
Your Subscribe to Save order will be charged to the credit card saved in your subscription settings as soon as it ships.
How do I change the billing or shipping information for my Subscribe to Save items?
To change your billing or shipping information, sign in to your Walmart.ca account and go to the “My Subscriptions” page. In the “Next Order” tab, you’ll see two options where you can edit your default billing and shipping information.
Please note, editing your billing or shipping information in your subscription settings will not change the information associated with your overall Walmart.ca account. To edit your general account information, please go to the “Addresses” or “Credit Cards” tabs in your account.
Managing Your Subscriptions
How do I view my current Subscribe to Save items?
Sign in to your Walmart.ca account and go to the “My Subscriptions” page. Then, select the “My Products” tab. You’ll see all of your Subscribe to Save items listed there as well as their next order dates. You can change the quantity, delivery frequency, and pause or resume the subscription for each item here as well.
How do I change an order date for my Subscribe to Save items?
Sign in to your Walmart.ca account and go to the “My Subscriptions” page. In the “Next Order” tab, click the “Edit Order” button and then “Edit Date” to adjust accordingly. You also have the option to “Send Now” in the same dropdown menu. Order changes can be made up to 24 hours before the order shipment date.
How do I skip a delivery for my Subscribe to Save items?
Sign in to your account on Walmart.ca and go to the “My Subscriptions” page. In the “Next Order” tab, click on the “Edit Order” button and select the “Skip Delivery” option. In the confirmation pop-up, select “Skip” to confirm the change.
How do I change the frequency and/or quantity for my Subscribe to Save items?
Sign in to your Walmart.ca account and go to the “My Subscriptions” page. Then, select the “My Products” tab. Change the “Delivery every” option to change the frequency of your order, “Qty” to change the quantity, and/or click on the “Next Order” date to change the future date of the subscription. If the “Next Order” date is changed, all subsequent orders for that item will follow the frequency set starting with the new date.
How do I pause or cancel a subscription?
Sign in to your Walmart.ca account and go to the “My Subscriptions” page. Then, select the “My Products” tab. Click “Pause Subscription” on the item you would like to pause. Click “Remove Subscription” for the subscription you would like to cancel. Please note, you must pause a subscription before you can cancel it.
If you wish to resume your subscription, return to this page and click “Resume Subscription”. Don’t forget to update your shipping and billing information if necessary.
What should I do if my Subscribe to Save order is missing items or my order wasn’t delivered?
We’re sorry something went wrong! First, please make sure that you didn’t delete the credit card or shipping address associated with your subscriptions. If you have, you’ll need to cancel each subscription and recreate them by signing up again.
