These Ankle weights are comfortable because they have only sands in 2 sections. 5 lbs pair seems good for daily walking. No Metal pieces which I had with other brands that could hurt my ankles if it stay or turn on a bony position. I ordered 2 sets of those. However, the first set that I bought for my sister, the sand starts leaking out after 1 month of wearing. Once they leak, they drop (metal sand??) on your floor. I'm wearing the 2nd set which I hope will last longer. I wish the company would invest in a better material to avoid leaking problems.
