I bought Maple by mistake... which turns out was a GOOD mistake...
We actually like Maple better than Pecan... which WAS our go-to...
Delicious on Salmon, Chicken, Swordfish and shrimp... even use a Combo of Maple with some Hickory for Lamb...
We'll be back... in a while... 20#'s will last quite a while... 
Wish you had smaller packages for sampling...

A GOOD MISTAKE

The Pellets arrived in Excellent shape. The 2 20 lb. bags were in one box packed very nicely. I've had excellent results with all BBQ pellets from Bear Mountain. The product is consistent and I've never experienced a jam or any other issues in my smoker with these pellets. They're a nice hardwood and provide a consistent smoke. I don't use any other brand other than Bear Mountain.

Maple BBQ Pellets

Now who does not like a beautiful slab of bacon? Now take it to the top, by smoking it with sweet maple! This is at least to me the king of smoked bacon. It just does not get any better.
These pellets, impart a beautiful sweet, fragrant taste and aroma.
Easy to light, burn hot and clean. With tons of delicious smoke, and my fire department can attest to this, lol 😂.
Had a neighbor think my house was on fire, lol 😂. Funny story.
Anyway if your looking to up your bacon game, your in the right place, these maple pellets ROCK!
Looking forward to trying them on salt and nuts next.

Best pellets out there!

Been using these in a RecTec RT-700 for the low and slow and in my smoke tubes for cold smoking salmon and cheese for a long time.
Good product, and I use the maple, apple, cherry and hickory depending on what is getting thrown down.

Good stuff

Got my pellets about 10 days ago and just got the chance to try them. I used the maple on my bacon slab and it did very well. A little more dust than I expected but not too crazy.

Smoking /Cooking Pellets

I bought these for making an odoriferous aroma in the neighborhood, not sure if I'd maple flavored beef, but the aroma is great, have a smoker tube going right now, can smell it all around

Wood was shipped in plain cardboard boxes. There were no individual plastic packets. Cardboard got wet in rain. Have
a garage full of soggy pellets.  Gross rip off. Avoid dealing with this company.
