The rope I bought was supposed to be 30 feet but it is only 27 feet; I measured it twice. The photo reveals a 25 foot tape stopping short by two feet. The floor tiles in the background measure 1.5 feet each and that was how measured the precision of 27 feet total. I'm looking but it's not apparent how to receive an exchange for a 30 foot rope.

Disappointed; not long enough.
