[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have a very large Boos board which is very heavy so I don't pull it out every time I need a cutting board but this board is such a convenient size that it's quickly becoming my favorite cutting board, especially since I'm fazing out plastic and resin cutting boards and trying to keep to non toxic cutting boards. This is a great replacement and a very well made kitchen staple. I oiled it right away to protect it and it's a dream to work with and looks pretty too! Highly recommend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this board over others because it is maple wood,   which is highly rated for its natural anti-bacterial properties and less likely to dull cooking knives, and also because of its dimensions and value. This item is higher than I wanted to spend - but it will I hope last for many years. The negative is that the sides are identical so you can't knowingly use one side for raw protein and the reverse for another purpose.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great cutting board, nice and durable, great size. I like that it's not too heavy or cumbersome. Maintenance on it is the same as any other wood cutting board, it takes a little bit but is well worth it.

It is a good cutting board but only one side was finished smooth.  The reverse side needs more sanding.  it was a good buy for the price.
