We use this a couple of times a week and love it. I like that it has an on-off button, instead of having to plug/unplug to turn it on/off like other models. The color is cute too. It's nice to be able to make healthy popcorn without having to use oil.

I love everything about this popcorn popper. I used to pop it in paper bags or other containers in the microwave, but there would be a lot of un-popped kernels (and burned pieces if I left it just a second too long). This machine quickly pops almost every kernel of corn into big fluffy pieces of popcorn, which I then coat with butter that I melt in a Pyrex measuring cup in the microwave.  It's another machine to have to find a place for, but it's compact and lightweight, and it has a good place to wind the cord.  If we pop the full 1/2 cup of popcorn (using the butter-melter cup provided on top), there might be just one or two un-popped kernels. We usually pop only about 1/4 cup, which leaves quite a few more un-popped, but nothing like doing it in the microwave.  We never use the butter melter, which isn't large enough to melt much butter. Since it's an air popper, there's virtually nothing to clean -- just wipe it out with a dishcloth or paper towel, wind up the cord, and put it away. We paid a little more to get a nice color and to get a model that had an on/off button, but that was worth it. You plug it in, put your kernels in, then push the button. You have to be sure the "butter-melter/measuring cup" is in place before you push on, or kernels will come popping out the top. A few seconds later, popcorn starts pouring out the spout. Have a big bowl ready, because even 1/4 cup makes a lot of popcorn.

I paid full price for my popper. The popcorn gets in the bowl. Only 6 kernels left un-popped. The butter melts on top. Only a couple of stray kernels fly out, which is typical for any air popper.

My daughter and I was able to quickly set this up and use for our at home movie night. We love that no kernel was left unpopped and the clean up wasn't a hassle at all. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love that this popcorn machine only requires kernel popcorn to deliver you fresh, light and fluffy popcorn. If you like butter, the thing to note is that you need to use softened butter in the butter melted because refrigerator cold butter won't melt within the short popping time frame. Also, it is a HOT air machine so careful when your hands are near the bowl or container you place to catch the popcorn as it pops. It's super easy to use, and you can quickly make a half a cup of kernels into enough popcorn for a few people if you aren't starving.  I made multiple servings consecutively, with just a few minutes in between, but it is truly designed for normal household use.

Popcorn flies everywhere and there are still grains that do not pop. Expensive for what it is.
