I purchased this ramp to replace a ramp that had "lost its grip." Whenever I tried to apply the brakes so I could insert my key into the lock, the chair would skid back to the bottom. The new ramp has a much improved grip surface that is thicker and more dense. Your wheels will not slip on this ramp even in wet conditions.

And these portable ramps are perfect they're lightweight and fold up I only use them once a month to take my mom out the front door to go to her doctors appointments then I fold them up and put them in the garage one of the best things I've purchased all year strongly recommend this for anyone who doesn't want to build a permanent ramp very happy I bought this. There also light weight which saves on my bad back . Also our front porch only has two steps and this ram the 6 foot one fits perfect it's long enough and wide enough for the job I needed no more two people lifting the wheelchair up and down the stairs it could be handled by one

Great help

Perfect! The transition plates alone makes this a worthwhile purchase for wheelchair usage with my family members. It's easy to set up and carry with the sturdy handle. When transporting in the back of my truck it rattles while driving which can be a little annoying but I wrapped it with a towel which helps. I wish it came with some type of cushion cover for the ends because the pointy ends on the transition plates can be dangerous if one is not careful when carrying it. This does not take away from the ramp itself but some type of cover for the ends would ensure safety and cut down on the noise when transporting. Bottom line, I love the ramp. It's a worth it! Great purchase!

4'L EZ-Access Suitcase Single Fold AS ramp

great ramp. My husband has ms and is in a power wheel chair. It works great. Can't wait to use it this summer to see how it works at a lake house. Two steps there. The only thing is it is heavy for me but I do what I have to do for him. I thought I had bought one that folds alittle more ... But oh well. Thanks for the fast service!

Ramp

Until we finish the landscape of the back yard and reinstall a new patio, there is a 6" step outside the sliding glass door. For either my wheelchair or power scooter, an impossible impasse. We wanted an easily removable solution and this ramp fit the bill nicely! As the ground outside is not level and we needed to rest on the threshold of the door properly, this ramp with both its long top and bottom transitions, fit the bill. The soft handles and light weight maneuverability help make this a real "standout" of a ramp.

3' Ramp for back door

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The ramp was as advertised. It is well made but the mat on one side had a bubble in it but was easily pressed down to adhere to the metal of the ramp. It however, is not exactly flat in that area. But the ramp is easy to use and set up. It handles the transport wheelchair easily and my 103 year old mother is not frightened when we move her on the ramp. All is all I am very satisfied.

Easy to use and well made

The 4' folding ramp was great and filled our need. However after 4 years if you rolled or walked on it, it would make incredibly loud popping noises. We put up with this for 2 or 3 years and finally decided to ask about the lifetime warranty. NOPE Their response was that if your aluminum ramp fell apart or exploded, it was covered, otherwise there was no warranty. Not even a partial warranty. So don't believe it. If you need one for more than 3 years or so - expect to have to buy a brand new one.
