It attaches very easily and it is large enough to give you lots of space. You can grab it at anytime if you feel awkward or if you want to hold onto it while jumping. Great equipment

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I decided to get the quick release bar rather than the standard bar so I could have more control over how I use the JumpSport during my workouts. A bar is important for me due to an eye injury - it's quite easy for me to lose my balance if I'm not careful. I'm aware that it may be a bit loose compared to a more permanent (for lack of a better term) bar, but the JumpSport is so sturdy in and of itself, I never feel unsafe. It's a bit more expensive, but the versatility was worth it for me.
