Very sturdy! Nice size- they will fit into either one of my double-sided kitchen sink's basins,  ( I use them to wash veggies in and can then use that water to water my plants so it is not wasted in our water shortages, or are a perfect size for soaking feet, or as a camping washbasin. I also use them to store things in on shelves- easy to lift out.  Not a bad shade of red, although would not have been my first choice of color, but I liked it more as I got used to it.
