Ordered the 22 GAL SUNCAST Deck Storage Box to compliment our SUNCAST porch rocker pair.  We wanted a side table that could accommodate a cold beverage, sunglasses, and a book.  Most importantly, we wanted something that we could use as extra seating, as well as a place that we could safely store our 19x19" chair cushions, keeping them dry and free from  damaging sunlight. 

As for looks, this SUNCAST box did not disappoint.  It is quite handsome and went together effortlessly;  5 mins max!  Albeit not a "true black", the color appears to be more of a deep charcoal gray.  Nevertheless, it is aesthetically pleasing and has thus far kept our stowed items dry (although we have to divulge that IT IS positioned UNDERNEATH our shallow covered porch).  We appreciate the three "lipped" edges that help contain items.  The hinges seem to work well, although we are gentle when using them.  After assembling, we did notice that the front panel bows out just a wee bit, but is of no major concern to us.    While this box does appear quite sturdy, we have not yet had cause to utilize it as "seating".  Should we discover that it does not hold up well for that purpose, we will amend this review.

HANDSOME TABLE/STORAGE;  UNTRIED AS SEATING

It arrived on time!  well made heavy plastic and very easy to put together! Color was as described. The size is just what i needed. It is study enough for my 230 6'4 husband to sit on :) 
I am considering additional items from this manufacture for our pool deck/screened area.

Perfect storage box for pool pump supplies!

Exactly what I wanted. I had seen it on Home Depot site and looked at Walmart, it was the exact same item for $45.00 less!

Perfect for what I needed!

Perfect for storing a few small items outside (table top mini fire pit, sparklers, napkins, etc) on my balcony so I don't have to go in and out. 

An extra seat if needed, but also a little table beside my patio bed.

Quality - Exactly as described.

I read the reviews and was a little nervous about the purchase. I thought it was great for the money. The instructions were very clear and even I could put it together. And that is saying something! Also my 210 lb. Husband sat on it with zero problems.

I was able to put these together without my husband's help. That's a treat in itself! They look great on our deck and can store what we need and have them at our finger tips. We actually use these for tables and storage. Well worth the buy!!

Great addition to our patio.

$79 was not worth it for a piece of plastic! But I must say it comes in handy for our storage needs.  I actually felt it was price gouging because no one else sold it and it was during the height of the pandemic.

Expensive but practical

Received the Suncast Storage Box today.  We were expecting it to be quality as the older model we have.  The new one, this one is less weight, no seal in bottom so leaks, panels bow as they are thinner.  Just like so many things today, Suncast has made a much cheaper version and selling for the same price.  All about money, not about the consumer.  We will keep the box but wanted to warn others of the poor quality.  We have attached pictures of the older model and the one we got today (gray.)  So disappointed.

Unusable, lid does not latch, hinge area leaks water, bottom panel falls off because slots of attachment are too large, poorest quality item that I have ever purchased.
