All you have to do is install the legs. One bolt for each leg. Very impressed with the quality! I definitely do recommend this product!!!

Good Rebounder

This is a great product, I am a home user of this jump sport 250 rebounder. I am also a senior citizen, I bought it because it is great exercise and has many benefits for us seniors.   Since the mat in other words, the jumping service is already assembled on the trampoline. All you really have to do is put on the legs and the extension bar if you have it. Very smooth and very quiet. Those are some really great features of this rebounder. If you're looking for quality, this should be the rebounder to buy.

Fitness Rebounder Mini Trampoline

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Easy to assemble and silky bounce. I wanted something I could put together quickly. The bounce is very smooth. I opted for a smaller diameter because of my floor space and one without the bar to hold. I wasn't sure I'd regret this decision. Here's what I found: a seam runs around the edge of the circle, and it's maybe 6-8 inches wide, and when I feel my toe or heel hit it at any time, I know to adjust back to the center. I enjoy rebounding more than I could have imagined. It has brought vitality to my tired body, and I believe it is improving my balance. The elastic cord that holds the fabric "floor" is very secure. Hopefully, it will hold up over time as I'm a soft jumper and not too heavy. Highly recommend this product.

A solid rebounding

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have recently added this to my in home gym. I enjoy doing different types of cardio and recently started adding jump rope to my routine. However my knees tend to start hurting quick from the impact of jumping. Using this trampoline to do my jump ropes and other jump exercises have greatly helped decrease that pain. Its sturdy and feels safe. It has good bounce to it without being overly bouncy. I feel the construction on it is very well done! Will use this for the foreseeable future!
