I ordered this item to put in a cabin in Oklahoma.  It came in quickly and we are off to OK.  We start to put it on and guess what, it is way bigger than 6 inches.  We are up on a mountain, no where near civilization.  We make it work, but we shouldn't have had to

Missing Ring

Incorrect size chimney support strap.  It did not fit around 6" DuraPlus chimney pipe.  It was too small.  I suspect it's a bad design from a company with poor products and poor documentation.
