Instructions are unclear or missing crucial steps, leading to user confusion.

Accommodates most pool sizes without frequent backwashing.

Shipped quickly but Fed Ex dropped box and broke one part.  I emailed company and sent them a picture.  They quickly sent me a replacement part at no charge.   Only had slight problem with instructions.  Would not have worked for beginner but we were able to figure them out.  Would definitely buy from them again

i received this item literally about 27 hours after i ordered it. all went together well. instructions are absolute garbage i resorted to googling "how to set up a sand filter". smooth and easy with the right instructions. great seller fastest shipping I've ever seen. thank you

pump and filter works great on our 22x52 coleman pool. keeps water clean and its a lot less trouble than cartrage filters.

Amazing Product

Filter works awesome!! Extremely quiet!! Came with everything needed!! Hoses, connectors, clamps, even the plumber tape!! The only thing we didn't like was the hose that connects the filter to the pump. It was so rigid that we couldn't get it to connect right. So we used a different hose.

Powerful pump with a large filter. Comes with hoses and different adapters so it would fit my intex pool. Really wish it had an on/ off switch and a much longer cord. Some of the connections werent tight enough to not leak but they provide enough Teflon tape to really wrap those suckers so they stop.

Great pump

I am happy with the size of the sand filter itself,  however, the details of this product state it comes with a 1.5hp pump. This is not correct... the pump included is only a 1hp pump. I only hope with a purchase this expensive that it will be strong enough to adequately filter my pool. Very disappointed that I did not receive exactly what the product description said I would be receiving.

It broke in less than a year. It was stored inside all winter. We can't get ahold of customer service….wouldn't recommend!
