Appearance

so far I like everything about this.  I don't have gutters (I have a flat roof) so the large opening works well!  It also doesn't look like a typical rain barrel, so hopefully works in the HOA I live in

I love the curves of this rain barrel. It is so elegant. It adds beauty to my landscape. The handy hose on the bottom makes filling my water can easy. The filter on top keeps debris out. I added a mesh screen over the filter to be sure Mosquitoes stay out.

Lovely Rain Barrel

The item looks just like what you see on the website.  Looks high quality.  Very easy to assemble.  Remove the hose from inside and connect to the outside faucet located on the bottom of the barrel.  Screw on the control spray nozzle  for using you barrel and wait for the rain to come.  Instructions say do not use in the winter time and to turn it upside down so the ice will not break the barrell.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] No issues with putting the barrel pieces together.  I wish I had known I would need to buy a stand to also raise it up off the ground as the water is gravity fed so it does not come out unless the hose is laying flat on the ground.  I had to tip the barrel and my bucket to get any water out.  Once raised up it will work just fine.  no leaks.  Seems well made.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Looks very very nice. The hose clip holder breaks very easily.  The top of the rain barrel does not come off at all so you cant clean out inside. The intake grate snaps on top - is hard to snap in, cannot be removed without breaking, %26 needs screen added for bugs (mosquitos) %26 small debris accumulation. Highly Recommend design removable top with snap in grate %26 screen mounted inside.
