I have a big master bedroom and I feel like it's bright enough for my room. My husband installed this in about an hour and a half. My husband is not a handyman in any way shape or form, and he says installation was easy. The only thing I did not like much was the remote control, it almost feels like a toy. But other than that a great buy, I would definitely recommend.

He has installed many fans, by pre assembling the motor light part.  However, on this one, you install the blades first and not last.  Therefore, installation can be  a take down if you think you know what you're doing.  Extra screws are provided is a plus, the random  on/off light settings is fantastic for going out of town.  Well pleased with this fan.

The three fan settings blows just right to cool the room even on the low setting. Although the remote control is a nice touch but it's the only way to change the fan settings and control all of the settings. I wish it also came with a pull-string option. If the controller stops functioning there is no other way to control the different settings.
