I love the fact that the grill where the food sits on is stainless steel and not that new non-stick coating stuff and I like the fact that it's compact enough that I can take it anywhere!

the picture of the one I seen when I ordered it had a side burner and the one that I received did not have one still use able hust not exactly what I thought I was getting

Was good maybe to good on the fuel level I turned it on and off to keep the burgers from getting more done than I wanted but I'd also blame the grease on them

What I needed

Has to be put together. Instructions aren't very clear. After putting everything together I was missing the part that holds the ignitor in place. Had to call CharBroil and wait another 7 days until they sent me the missing part. Top cover is a little warped and doesn't close properly. Just used it for the first time last night and it seems to cook everything pretty fast and it wasn't turned all the way up. I guess all things told it's not too bad of a product. Just was the inconvenince of the missing part.

Not Very Good Quality

well, it works but not correctly. the regulator is the biggest issue with these. the one I have will not regulate down. its on high no matter what setting you try. it just flows full high. so it gets very hot ,good for steak, but not for chicken or pork. and I must keep lid partially open with tongs or something as the grill gets extremely hot, like 700 degrees or more!

Very damaged, when I received it. Box torn, dents all over the grill. If I keep it, I will take a refund, otherwise, I will return it. I will be happy to send pictures.
