Love this pan. This is second one of this size we have purchased. We have all the sizes of this pan. Nothing sticks easy clean. Be careful on what you clean with we bought a soft rubber like cleaning pad and don't put metal anywhere near the inside of pan.

These are great non stick pans. We already had the 8 and 12 inch and just bought the 10. It is really really important to use lower heat than you might be used to. We have a propane cooktop that is a little hotter than natural gas and need to adjust the heat a setting below where we used to cook. Overheating will damage these pans! We have had the 8 inch over a year and it does an outstanding job especially with fried eggs!

Best non stick pan and I've owened plenty. I use it mostly for my eggs and they do not get stuck to my pan and it's great! Even comes with a pan protector so it doesn't get scratched in the cabinet.

so far, works great.  i am going to take special care not to scratch it..

actually cooked eggs over easy w/out breaking. and it is pretty.  solid fry pan, and sturdy handle.
