my pictures are 2 weeks difference! my friend is a hairstylist and recommended this to me and i am so glad that i took her advice. ive been losing my hair for the last 3 years and ive finally found the shampoo and conditioner that works for me. please never stop making this!!

this stuff is amazing!

Have only been using this for about 2 weeks and can already see less hair loss in shower and when brushing and blow drying. The conditioner is amazing. Scent and feeling you get while it works on your scalp! Tip- shake bottles well before applying, especially the conditioner. Will continue to use and hope to see new hair growth .

So far, I love it!

This shampoo  and conditioner is great it leaves your hair feeling so soft and shiny. A salon operator recommended this shampoo for my thinning hair do to medication. What a difference it made, I would purchase this shampoo and conditioner at any price, that is how happy I am with it. Great stuff! I have waist length hair and I would not trade this stuff for any other shampoo.

Best shampoo

Excellent value, the shampoo and conditioner work great and price was very good compared with Amazon, shipping wasn't the fastest and took about 7-10 days so as long as you plan ahead not a problem. Price was actually good enough that we bought an extra set for backup and will just order a replacement when my wife starts using the next set.

Highly recommended

I've purchased this set a few through Walmart now. This was the first time that it has come in the new packaging! Being as I've heard this stuff expires, I was very happy to see that. I was on the fence about buying again, but I can't afford it anywhere else! Lol 
As for the product, it took me a while to see results. But I definitely feel them now. It took about a year. My thinning is very light, but I've always had a very, very thick head of hair. So as soon as it started thinning, I noticed it right away. I still lose a bit of hair in the shower, but not always. And way less than before using this. The Mint is a beautiful smell. I love the shampoo, the conditioner is OK. This is SYSTEM one, but I prefer the serum from the sensitive system. I really wish they made a bigger bottle of that! if I don't use the serum though, my hair feels like straw. Make sure you get that if you're going to do this! It's not worth it if you don't.  Also, don't leave the shampoo on too long. It could just be me, but if I leave it on too long, the back bottom of my scalp gets extremely itchy until the next use. 
I do highly recommend it though. I have very sensitive skin, which is why I originally tried the sensitive version first. I've never had issues with either SYSTEM. The only issue I've ever had, is that itchiness from leaving the shampoo on too long.

Smells so good!

I just got home from a trip and started using it tonight. I liked the smell and the feel of it. For the first use, my hair looked full. I am not usually that quick to say it out loud.

Washes my hair just fine. I haven't had this product long enough to notice if it has been helping with hair growth, however.  While washing/conditioning this product does leave a tingly, cold, minty feeling on the scalp.  It was a little worrisome at first because I was not prepared for the intensity.  Some might even think it burns but I did not notice any irritation.

Prepare for a minty, cold, tingly feeling

I started using Step 1 Nioxin when I had quite a bit of hairloss after covid. After a few weeks, I could see new growth. I used it for about a year. After switching back to my old shampoo, I noticed a little more shedding. Then switched to Level 1 Nioxin. I am shedding way less. The menthol in this is exhilarating on the scalp. You can feel it tingle and it lathers great.

It works!

I recently purchased this, which was almost too good of a deal and a little suspicious. I had people tell me that Walmart was guilty in previous years for distributing fake and TOXIC Nioxin products which makes me nervous to say the least. It does smell the same as my other bottles, but I am still suspicious, will probably return.

Is It Real? That is the Question...

I saw all the positive reviews and got so excited to finally try them. Unfortunately they are by far the worse shampoo and conditioner I have ever used. 
They have a weird cold mint smell and color. It feels cold on your scalp. It just made my hair more tangly and doesn't feel very good after. I have finally decided to return them
