Bought one of these before and lasted for two years in some really bad weather conditions.  Much better than others I have used.  Four foot of snow finally broke the other one!

Installation was easy, did it alone. only thing that should be included is an instruction sheet. I had to go on line to your web site. The web site instructional videos were helpful too.

Shelter Walls

Shelter came in timely and was relatively easy to set up. Reason for 4 instead of 5 stars is the corner pieces needed a little persuasion to get the straight pipes in. I was able to rent an exhaust pipe expander to enlarge the ends enough without affecting the powder coating and made the assembly a lot easier. I actually ordered a second set of legs and raised it enough to use this shelter as a temporary RV shelter till our home gets built later this year. As soon as it was erected, I secured it with 6 anchors on each side and it has already been subjected to 40 mph gust with no problems. All in all I would buy this again. I plan to buy a smaller shelter soon to use as a Bike house for my daily driver motorcycle.

18 X 40 Shelter

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Florida Wind/UV eats up these canopies, and after 18 months must be replaced.
This is my second canopy and it fits just fine. This time I doubled up the grommets by installing new ones in-between the existing factory grommets. Still, for the price it is worth replacing every 18 months.

Works As Advertised

I have been using Shelter Logic Super Max for several years. I have the complete Canopy, Frame, and Enclosure Kit. We use it to protect our 21' Wakeboard Boat. That said, these covers last less than a year, in the Southern California Area. I only get about 9 months out of the Canopy Cover, and Enclosure Kit. The sun destroys, breaks down the fabric very quickly. The zippers also break down, and the seams come apart as the sun takes it's toll. The bungie balls also break down, and fail in the sun. All of this happens about the same time. Unlike the other Shelter Logic Products, there is NO option to upgrade the material/fabric. I am probably expecting too much out of the Super Max product. This cover is used 365 days a year, Sun, Wind, Rain, Dust, etc. I need to build a metal building, which has been the plan, but in the mean time, I keep replacing covers & enclosures. Another snag I have run into is availability, back orders, supply chain issues, etc. A couple of times I have had to order a “Complete Canopy”, just to get our boat protected, because the replacement fabric has been unavailable. Over all, this product is a light duty cover, and not really built to withstand constant sunshine, and wind. The Shelter Tube is probably a better choice….. for a significantly higher price.  All that said, and understanding the limitations of the cover, our Custom Built Boat has been preserved for several years.

18' X 30' Super Max

I was very excited to find a Replacment zippered door for my existing Shelter Logic structure.  Sadly I didn't open the package right away and when I did, the Replacment I ordered did not fit correctly.  It was to short and not wide enough. I love your products and have owned other buildings, but don't know what happened here.

Did not fit .

All conjoining sections should have been factory pre-drilled with nuts and bolts like my old Motoshade did to fully secure it. Just the slightest hint of wind and the legs collapsed. I ended up drilling several holes and now my shelter has survived a winter fully enclosed with my boat inside. At the very least, with pre-drilled holes I would rate it 4 stars.  5 stars if additional hardware was included. I used trampoline springs and 5/16” rope cable for a custom anchor system. 

5 stars for customer service. I bought it in the summer and few months later installed it for winter. It came with the wrong size zipper front. They sent a full enclosure kit after providing a copy of my receipt.

Good shade, good price, just need one improvement

very poor quality and way too small. Measurements are way off! original canopy tent was 10 x 20. Not made properly any more. Junk.

Thought this was a great deal but only would have been if the roof was included! Did not read anywhere it wasn't.. Also a very tight fit for my 2" frame (as I started to put it on before realizing no roof.. Now can't return it!) 
I'm sure the quality for what it was, was good but nothing special..

No Roof Canopy!
