I was a bit skeptical of the fan after reading reviews. This model can be charged. We are experiencing a heat wave in the south and I wore it during a three hour baseball practice. The other moms were dying of heat, yet this little fan kept me cool. I was surprised it ran the entire time and then realized I could have turned it up one additional speed. If you're on the fence, definitely give it a try!

I have been looking for a fan like this to help with my hot flashes. This fan is AMAZING! I bought one for my daughter %26 recommended this fan to my friends %26 family. It has 5 speeds and stays charged for at least 3 hours. That's the longest I have used it so far.  I even wore it to church yesterday. I highly recommend this fan for everyone.

This fan is amazing

it's lightweight so it doesn't hurt to wear around your neck, it works well has three speeds and it feels like you're carrying an air conditioner around your neck. That's how cool the air is that comes out. to me it seems like if I can get my head cooled off the rest of my body also cools off. I can't stand hot weather and I've lived in Florida my entire life. The weather just keeps getting hotter and hotter every year. My neck fan is and will continue to be a true lifesaver for a true Floridian

I Love these fans. i work outside in hot summer Florida weather and these are an amazing invention. i bought 5 for me my husband and 3 friends bc i enjoyed mine so much. they help keep nats away from your face too in warmer buggy weather.

This device works even better than I expected, due to the fact that it has five fan settings.  The lowest setting is the quietest, and the sound increases as the fans spin faster on each higher setting until it becomes loud enough to somewhat interfere with conversation at the highest level.  My wife and I have both used it for about a week, and it's being recharged for the first time now.  The wearable cooler is made from hard plastic that stays comfortably in place during walking or other exercise and isn't overly heavy.

For someone who suffers from hyperthermia (brought on by the Pfizer C-shot , thank you 😐) this type of fan is indispensable!!
I agree with those who stated it just cools your face, and I know it was designed to have the fan blowing upward, but I get the best relief wearing it upside-down 🤗

I'm a new user.
It was just delivered yesterday, but it has already proven to be VERY useful and convenient!!

After each use, I recharge so I know it will always be fully ready.

I don't see myself wearing it anywhere other than indoors, so I cannot comment on that.

As far as I am concerned, it's great!

I bought this for my dad, who works on commercial equipment in Florida and is in a lot of tight, hot spaces. He is very picky about things and he LOVES this fan and ACTUALLY USES IT! In fact, he has even convinced several of his coworkers to buy their own. It's hard to impress my dad, so this was a great buy!!

I bought 4 of these; 1 for myself ,my daughter, sisiter-in-law and my neice.
I love mine ! It charges pretty quickly and the charge lasts a long time.
I wear it when I'm outside tending my gardens .
The 5 speeds are so convienent to have especially when it's almost 90 degrees 
in the shade !!

Loving the JISULIFE Neck Fans

Hot flash heaven! As soon as I feel a hot flash coming on, I put this around my neck. It has absolutely helped shorten the length and lessen the severity of them. The only downside is that it's loud in your ears. No one else can hear it running (that I've experienced), but it's too loud to wear while on a phone call, even on the lowest setting. Still, I recommend it to every person I know that experiences hot flashes.

i liked that it stays on my neck and it is lightweight.
if you are going to wear it outdoors in this heat,  it won't stand a chance in keeping you cool.  it ends up blowing heat at you,  but,  indoors as long as it's cool it will blow cool air towards you.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After receiving, I fully charged and turned on and only the right side works. I reset it per the instructions and still does not work. I have sent a message to the seller and will update my review according to their response. But as this point I would NOT recommend buying this product as it is  USELESS!
