Sturdiness

Not for men or tall people. It's unsturdy and is not secure as the back tips up when sat upon. I will be blunt: there is absolutely no room for a man's private parts as the shelf in front of it smashes everything. It is definitely not worth $109. I ended up buying a regular toilet and putting a bucket in it, no plumbing. I hired a professional to secure it in place. Much better for the same price.

This is a helpful commode, especially if needing to use a slide board, as my husband needed to do before able to bear weight on his broken leg. So it is helpful in addition to its bariatric use.

Helpful and reliable product

This has been a life save. It's sturdy with the arms up or down. The seat is large and very comfortable. Height is adjustable and you feel secure

This bedside commode it exactly what u was looking for! Very steady and easy set up.

Great purchase, would definitely recommend

Very sturdy and right size. Came quicker than date given, which was a blessing. Only reason it didn't get 5 stars, is a gap between the rim of the bucket and the seat which can cause a urine leakage.

Came quickly

Love the heavy built chair very easy to set up but the bucket that slides under needed shaped different or bigger and tighter fit on the bucket !  pee all over the floor most of the time underneath! Have added a bucket under the bucket so have to clean 2 buckets ! If that was fixed I'd of gave a 10

Dissatisfied with the bucket

The chair is wide enough but the hole to go to bathroom is too small. Can not wipe ✝️❤️

Feels heavy overall but drop arms can disengage on own if not properly latched (one seemed to latch securely and the other needed you to jerk on it to go into the locking mode).  We will watch it carefully when being used by patient. Came assembled except for adding back which was easily done.

Sturdy feeling but arms can move on own

This commode is good for a double amputee  I like that it's roomy and has a flat surface for someone who has to scoot to get on, it's also very stable. It also has a drop down handle which I needed. The only thing I didn't like is the drop down handle was hard to lower and it's hard to put back in place I just keep the handle lowered.

This commode is stable and sturdy

I bought this commode for use after knee replacement surgery.Was great for first two days  Then on third day the left arm collapsed as i was getting up. I injured my wrist and hurt my knee It would have been much worse if my husband wasn't right there to help me up I am afraid to use it again
