Arrived on time, actually earlier than expected. lts great product, nicely built and so far works great. l did chose the Black, it was nice and sleek looking and didn't have a dent or scratch. There is an instruction manual that comes with it but I have turned it on and watched a video and sound was fine, the picture was also great. But I have not used the remote. There is a lot of buttons on the remote, but I don't think I'll have a problem figuring it out. But I would have to agree with others seems like an awful lot of buttons which could be simplified... but l done think l will have a problem trying to figure out. l did not have a problem with the sound or the picture as stated in some of the other reviews. l had no problem charging it up either. As we age.. alot of things go.. so at 69 years old the volume worked  great for me.  l actually had to turn it down, so that was a plus. Overall nice design, picture and volume worked with no problems and I would definitely buy again.

Portable DVD player

Have only used this a few times since my purchase on Jan 8, 2017,  but it is easy to use and impressive for the money.  Especially like the large screen.  Hope it lasts.

12" portable DVD player

Bought this for my son and it has come in handy already.  It is easy to use/set up and the headphones and travel bag are a bonus.  According to my son "it's cool."

the dvd player is excellent.  picture is sharp and the color is fantastic.  I can't believe the quality and price in such a product.

I bought this for my husband who really enjoys using it while flying.  While he was happy with the size of the screen, he felt like the picture was not as clear as it should be and seemed somewhat distorted.  Also, the battery only lasted two hours and he was not even able to finish watching the end of the movie he had with him.  While we felt the price was very reasonable, we ended up returning it.

Disappointed

We have to travel 5 hours one way (10hours round trip) for my son's doctors appointments.  I had the DVD player on the charger all night before we had to go on our trip.  We get in the car and the DVD player would not turn on.  When we finally made it home I put it back on the charger and left it there for almost 24 hours and it still would not charge.  It did work if you turned it in while on the charger.  But whats the point of it being portable if you have to watch it on the charger.

I picked this item up and plugged it in, worked fine for 24 hours then screen went white, unable to get picture. We had sound but no picture
