Ease Of Use

The article is excellent. Nothing to say. I highly recommend it. I know this article. Very good and very durable. A little expensive but worth it. In the photo the off is one F yet it is two on the camera. Surprise, but it has no reading problem.

Satisfied with my purchase

Have been using it non-stop now, rice texture is average/slightly below average than a typical Asian rice cooker but the carb-reduce/ low sugar rice turns out to be working pretty great, no longer feel much of a food coma after having rice for lunch.

Great low-carb rice cooker

We are from the Middle East and rice is a main course in our house. I work from home and used to cook rice in a regular rice cooker for a long time. That usually required my attention to avoid burning or under cooking etc. 
This Instant rice cooker is a life saver for me. All it needs is to add rice, water, salt, cooking oil and that is it. The cooker will take care of everything and the best part is once you learn the portions, you get the same result every single time. I just loved it.

Amazing rice cooker. Love it

I waa eyeing this rice cooker for a while before finally biting the bullet and hitting purchase! I'm so glad I did. I always use the carbreduce setting when cooking rice in it. I don't know if it really does reduce the carb significantly. But it cooks my rice nicely each time. Much pricier than a regular rice cooker, but I'm happy with this kitchen appliance.

Great rice cooker

Good device. I wonder about the availability of spare parts. It does not have the same appearance or shape of other cookers, so, the accessories are not standard. So far I have tried to make white rice, then to suck carrots. Excellent result, but you have to rely on its automatic operation.

Good cook!

It said it is a 12 cup rice cooker, well, much smaller than my old 10 cup (uncooked) rice cooker.
I guess the 12 cup means 12 cup cooked rice, and so that means it is approximately a 6 cup uncooked rice cooker.

Not actually a 12 cup rice cooker

Bought this for the low-carb feature, but didn't deliver. Can use it as a normal rice cooker, but it is too expensive for a regular rice cooker, and I already have a better one. Feels like the features are just for a gimmick, and the cooker is too tiny!

Low-carb feature needs more work

I'm very disappointed with this product.  I tried twice to make carb free rice. It is supposed to take 40 minutes to cook. I cooked 2 cups of brown basmatti rice. After 40 minutes the rice was raw and hard. I tried 4 more times cooking the same rice and there was very lttle change in the texture. Still pretty hard and raw after 4 hours of cooking. I decided to try a 2nd batch of rice. After 40 minutes I had the same raw, hard rice results that were inedible. I took the rice and cooked it like normal rice and this time it cooked after about 45 minutes.  All of this was brown rice. According to the instructions it should have taken 10 minutes. I don't understand why the cooker doesn't work as it is supposed to. The process is straight forward

Doesn't perform like it should

tried the carb reduction, rice came out hard and crunchy on top and soft on the bottom of the tray, i used 2 cups as instructed but had to cook it again the old carby way. not impressed

[Employee of walmartcanada] I don't think I can give any star rating for this product. 
I only used this rice cooker with "CarbReduce" for 3 weeks, and the non-stick cooking pot layer part already came off. I think the manufacturer should exchange new one or refund the money to me.

Not a good product
