Jahidul was extremely helpful to me when I went to pick up my lava lamps. I didn't know where to go and he was very patient and friendly when he was directing me. The lamps arrived in perfect condition and I couldn't be happier. I will definitely be ordering online again!

I love my lava lamp. It's pretty and very peaceful to watch. I suggest to those who have not had theirs work. There is a thin coil that just sits at the bottom of the globe. If it is slightly tilted as mine was but I didn't notice at first, the wax will not melt. Gently wiggle the lamp and the coil will sink to the bottom and 2 hours later, voilà, the wax is moving.

Exactly what I wanted.

My son is very happy with his gift and it's relaxing to watch it thank you

Belle Light

Had one worked great then one morning the wax was sitting doing nothing on the bottom. Contacted the manufacturer the sent me a link to show me what to try before going any further. Replied back to them within mins telling them I had tried all the "tips and tricks" what else can be done. It's been 10 days and no response from them again. Messaged them again saying "you can't respond to my issue in a timely fashion, I will be returning this item back to Walmart " you think the company even responded to that?!

Great when it works

it honestly works just fine, it a little cloudy at first but after a while it clears up. After reading some of the reviews I wasn't sure if I should get it. A lot of the reviews commented on how long it take to get moving the first time but this is simply how all lava lamps work and it also clearly states that in the instructions. I also would recommend picking it up in store instead of having is shipped if possible, because when shipping there is just know way to avoid it get tossed around and lava lamp are very sensitive to getting moved and this can often time result in a dysfunctional product. I recommend just searching up information on how a lava lamp work before buying this if your worried about it not working

good product

They are nice, they work well and came in good packaging, but the liquid is very cloudy. I let them sit for a few days and that didn't help. I tried running them for 8 hours and then letting them cook off an run again, but they are still very cloudy.

Cloudy liquid

The lava is barely visible. Its just a yellowish tinge. There doesnt seem to be enough colour contrast. I also bought the blue liquid with green wax and it is much better. I will be returning this one.

Cant see the lava

I barely touched the box and immediately knew there was an issue. The inside of the box was full of mould. The lamp obviously broke quite awhile ago as the box was fully dry but clearly full of water damage from the smashed lamp heard rattling around inside. So glad associates thought it was still a good idea to ship out for grocery pick up.

Arrived broken and mouldy

Nothing happens after letting it sit on for over 12 hours.

Basicaly does not work

I bought this product a few days ago ignoring the many bad reviews. I put it in my cousin's room. I kept it on for 12 hours and it literally doesn't do anything at all. There is a blob on the bottom. The box looked like it was open before. So I assume Walmart sold me a used lamp and it got damaged previously or got damaged during shipment. Will not be buying products like this from Walmart again.
