Ratings & Reviews+

14-563 Stanley FatMax Snips is rated 4.3 out of 5 by 3.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Awesome set of snips These snips get the job done. I use them daily at work to cut steel strapping off pallets and to cut through other pesky things that my razor blade won't get through. I've had them for months now and they still seem just as sharp as the day we I got them. They also do a great job at cutting vinyl flooring. If you compare these snips to the $4 or $5 set at Harbor Freight, they are much better quality, definitely worth your $10.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Cuts perfectly I work in a machine shop running a CNC V-Mill. I often times have to use steel shims to adjust a cast iron block to make it level. Some of my coworkers have $20 & $30 sets of snips they use to cut the shims, but they often just bend in between the blades. The thickness of the shims are .001, .0015, .002, .005, .010, and .020" thick. These FatMAX snips cut right through each of the thicknesses as if it were butter... I would HIGHLY recommend for anyone doing machining...
