I am in Pizza heaven. Only my second pizza that I have made. Better then the local pizza shop by far. Crust is perfect the bottom is crispy , cannot believe  I made them in under six minutes each. The only comparison I can make is from a trip Italy in an old wood  fire stone pizza oven. My only complaint is I should have purchased this oven years ago,  who knew it was this good.

Recieved the Pizza Oven and was easy to assemble. Including mounting it on the same stand as the 22" flat top including adding the attachment to add the 5 gallon propane tank. Once we prepaired the pizza's for the oven they only took 3 to 5 minutes to bake. We loved the pizzas and have made pizza a few times now. Great for get togethers at the house or for ufc fight night. The wife loves using the Pizza oven and has even made different pizza dough from scratch.

Awesome Blackstone Pizza Oven

This is the best purchase we have made.   The pizza oven is outstanding it cooks a pizza in 5 minutes.  We have even tried a calzone and that truned out great also. The two stones make a big difference in the browning of the crust and melting of the chesses that you use.  I would recommend this oven to anyone thinking of buying one.

Outstanding pizza oven

We love it.  After looking at pizza ovens for the last two years, we finally decided on this one.  The features were great and it was easy to put together.  Can't wait to try other things in it.  The pizza we made is as good as the one from our favorite restaurant and the cheese bread was the best we've had.  It definitely has the Blackstone quality, and is worth the price.  Most of the ovens we looked at in this price range were flimsy looking and didn't seem like they would hold up.  So glad we waited and got this one.

I bought one of these for my husband a few years ago. We use it often and it works like a charm. We bought this one for our son and he loves it, too.

It was exactly what I thought. It was worked like a dream if anybody is looking for this make sure you pick up a black storm today. Best thing I ever bought.

Blackstone

I think once I play with it some more I will like it better. It is a bit tricky to get the right temp and a IR thermometer is definitely a must for good results. I have been struggling to bet a balance on doneness between the top and bottom. I am getting closer and think maybe getting the stone to 550 or so may bet the sweet spot. I have had burnt bottom with not browned top, over browned top with not quite enough bottom browning. but getting closer.

Well constructed  but still trying to dial it in.

This oven takes 30 minutes to pre-heat.  It takes a full 1 lb propane bottle to pre-heat, then cook one pizza!  Based on this, the oven should come equipped to accomodate a 5 gallon propane bottle.  The temp gauge is no where near the actual temp of the bottom cooking stone.  You need an IR thermometer to more accurately read true temperature.  Finally, the door opening is not wide enough - you need to be fairly precise when you deliver the uncooked pizza onto the stone.  As well, it is difficult to turn the pizza midway through the cook.  Were I to buy a pizza oven again, it would not be a Blacksone of this model.

Spend more - get a better pizza oven

This was a fathers day gift. He has been wanting one. He loves his Blackstone grill, but after maybe 5 uses the door that goes on is hard to take on and off and has chipped away at the sides. Also, the cool pizza pan peel that came with it I have already had to replace because a bult came loose and handle flops around. for as much as I paid you would think a better design would have been made. knowing what I know I would have paid more for the upgraded version. poor design for blackstone product

Pay the extra and get the one that turns

Terrible oven. Bought the large propane tank adapter. Grill has only ever gotten up to 900 degrees once. Takes forever just to get up to even 500 degrees. Their advertised 15 minute time is way off.
