Had one years ago %26 used it all the time. This one is great %26 will get used regularly. Good quality %26 easy assembly.

Good Quality

This is a good product. Assembly was fast and easy. It fits in our fireplace and we grill indoors.

My only compliant is the number of long bolts vs short bolts. There are too many long bolts and they stick out. Not a big deal but think about what bolts you want sticking out before assembly.

Good product at a reasonable price.

This is bigger than it appears, for being one person, I only used half.  I put a brick in it to keep the coals to one side.  The lighter I purchased didn't work, I went and got an empty toilet paper roll, stuffed newspaper in the middle, added a drop of cooking oil on both ends, put charcoal round it and lit it on fire with a match. It worked to get the coals hot enough for my first barbecue.  The one grate (half) cooked 4 quarter pound hamburger patties.  Since the coals were still hot, cooked three large chicken breasts, and half cooked 3 more large chicken breasts (froze to finish cooking later).  Nothing beats the flavor of charcoal barbecue and couldn't wait until I no longer lived in an HOA that requires propane only.

It was easy to put together all the parts with easy to read instruction book.  This Habachi is very heavy and came with well made parts. When ash cools, it is easy to flip over to empty into my dirt pit -- I would never put warm ash in the trash.  I also bought a Kingsford Charcoal storage container and Charcoal.  

Due to its size, I store on a shelf in my utility room.  Overall I am very happy with my purchase.

Great Hibachi Charcoal Grill

I Love my Hibachi grill very simple to assemble, it's just right for me, throw a couple of steaks on, or a couple of pieces of chicken, or any thing else. It's got different levels, of rack heights to set it on, so if  you don't want it to cook too fast, or burn. I use the first level rack to grill. Will last a long time, as it is made of iron, no bottoms,8 burning out, like other grills.

Very well made. I love to grill steaks on the cast iron as well. Instead of a pan! Costs a little more but sturdy enough so your steak or whatever your grilling won't fall off the flimsy ones! I am happy with mine. Great if power goes out here in Florida!  At least I can cook whatever is available in my freezer. Great buy for me!

Excellent

Use to have a Hibachi back in the 70's and I don't know why I waited 45 years to buy another one. This one is not as well built as the one 45 years ago, but what is? The only constructional portion of the new one I question are the back grill holders and the grill handle attachments; only time will determine if they are adequate. Area wise it's a bit larger than the archaic comparison and functioned quite nicely the first time I used it. I secured it to a piece of 2 by 12 and nailed said 12 to my backyard deck railing for trial. I will adapt said 2 x 12 to fit rail for future use. Actually really enjoyed cooking on it, it's all that is needed for 2 or 3 people. I'd give it close to a 5 rating were not for the back grill holders and grill holders, but it's a solid 4 plus rating as is.

Product looks like the display picture. It is a good portable size. The grill body & the 2 adjustable grills  are cast iron, with the only grids for the holding up the coals being of wire. The wood handles are sort of flimsy, as they attach to the cast iron grills with a screw  bracket. However, they are strong enough to lift to adjust grills to different heights while holding food or to pick up the entire unit by the side handles.  After reading previous reviews, my expectations were not a 5, as result I am happy with the purchase, and do plan to order another. However price should be in the $25-30 range

Cast Iron Hibachi - Tabletop grill

Being cast iron, it holds and radiates heat extremely well!  I just wish the handles were better made as I don't expect them to last very long.  I can't even get new grate handles due to the fact that the grid runs the wrong way to use them.  However, being as it may, a pair of pliers or vice grips will do the trick, probably better than the cheap wooden handles!  I made some killer barbecued chicken on my first use!

Decent for the price

Due to the good reviews, I ordered this hibachi. When I put it together, the LAST nut didn't fit the screw for one handle of the two racks. In addition, the other rack didn't fit securely into the notches, leaving it unstable. This was all discovered AFTER I had put the majority of it together. For the price, this hibachi will be returned.

Maybe you will get a good one, maybe not.
