I bought this about 2 weeks ago and so far I am very pleased with this cash register.  I work with a group of artists and find the 16 departments just right to sort out our sales to the proper artist.  The manual that came with it left out some key instructions about how to set up the tax but with a few phone calls to the help line I was able to figure it out.  The help line was easy to reach with a very short wait time.

Well worth the price!

It was in use for about an hours.  It stopped; wouldn't do anything.  Called Royal & did everything they suggested & it still would not work.

No More Royals!!

This register is very slow and the user manual is definitely not user friendly!

This register is hard to use. The instruction book is confusing.

hard to use

the customer service is terrible.   very hard to understand and they are not helpful at all!!  sams club needs to take product off shelves!!!   3 years of lost data because i used a 32gb sd card and was told the register only supports 4g.  i was told all of my data has been lost and is irretrievable.!!!   3 years of data gone!!

major problems 3 year data lost!!!!
