So far so good. Had 2 pizza nights with very few issues. Im sure the issues were based on operator error. The shipping of the product seemed a little rough due to the transport.  The temp gauge was broken during shipping and it was immediately correct by customer service. Overall seems to be a good purchase.

Pretty easy to put together even though you have to assemble the cart.  Its a heavy oven!  I've cooked 6 pizzas and some breadsticks in the oven so far and they have all turned out great.  I ended up cooking the pizzas right at 2.5 mins which seems to be about right for our taste.  I use the wall adapter since I didn't want to mess with batteries for the turn table which works just fine.  For heating, I turn it all the way up until my infrared thermometer says the lower stone is about 650F then turn it all the way back to the lowest setting until it reaches ~700F.  Super easy to clean when you want to sweep it out and clean the stones.  Not a big fan of the peel but I've replaced it.

Cooks excellent pizza

Just received our Blackstone Pizza Oven w/stand. Made our homemade dough recipe and cooked 8 pizzas.  First impression: Oven works beautifully, each pizza finished in about 2-3 minutes or less, and tasted great.  Kept the stone temperature between 500-600 degrees. Assume they will cook "quicker" when I turn up the heat. Will experiment with next batch; overall we are very pleased with the results.

First cook experience with Pizza Oven

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Shipping only produced some minor box damage, read many reviews of box getting destroyed during shipping to include the ceramic plates breaking.  No issues during this shipment.  Arrived 5 days before forecasted delivery, so that was pleasing. Assembly was optimal, only a few slow downs due to holes not aligning.  Quick use of a rubber mallet solved this dilemma.  Overall pleased with final result.  Now sits next to my 36” Blackstone griddle. Using a laser temp scanner I have discovered the built in thermostat/gauge is off by 50-75 degrees higher than what scanner detects. I was happy turn table motor can be powered by D cell batteries vs having to plug in motor with supplied power cord.  Having this now to use during AZ summer months vs kitchen oven is a plus.  Recommend buy if in the market for niche item.

I’m new to the pizza oven world but so far I love my oven. I got the hang of it quick. I’m just struggling with pizza dough recipes. It was easy to put together and it looks stylish in my new outdoor kitchen. I’m not sure what others were talking about with the instructions but they were fine to me. They don’t tell you about the batteries but that was not that serious.

I been making pizzas since the 9th grade in pizzerias I’m now 45. It took about 5 pizzas to get the temp right. I made round and Detroit style deep dish. I’m from Michigan. 700 degrees is way to hot with this oven unless you’re making a thin crust cheese and pepperoni. Anything else you burn the crust and the rest is doughy. My suggestion is to turn the regulator down almost all the way and use the lowest setting to achieve a pizza stone around 575-650 to make the perfect pizza. I’ve been making my pizzas on my Kamado Joe for the past 5-6 years and they were great, but lots of work getting the temperature perfect and setting up all the charcoal. I’m very happy with this pizza oven. I’m looking forward to making other food in this oven.

Brand new Blackstone Pizza Oven with Cart.

Great purchase and it’s everything they promoted it to be and more 👍🏼 pizza in two minutes or longer. Depending on how you want it, makes a great thin crust. Bought a pizza recipe book today and we look forward to experimenting. 
Tried it for the first time this past weekend and everyone had a blast. Rolling the dough and topping the pizza’s. Then everyone got to try the pizza’s and calzone’s 👍🏼👍🏼 whoever thought a pizza party could have been so much fun.

Pizza Pizza 5⭐️’s

This pizza oven is amazing! Assembly was easy. I admit I watched every YouTube video I could find on this amazing oven before assembly, but it was still a breeze to put together. First use I made a pizza that was a huge hit with the family and just about perfect.  Every time I learn a little bit more how to get the most out of this product.

Incredible Pizza Oven!

Works great, but it's a bit too expensive  The instructions stink and you have to figure a few things out for yourself.  The temp gauge makes no sense at all.   Either give it a real gauge or something.  The included one is useless.  It does however make a killer pizza!  I have made a great Chicago Thin and a Neapolitan, both of which require different cooking temps and times.

I sure do love this pizza oven BUT...

Bought one last year used about 4 times and it quit rotating , so I just been spinning it with an oven mitt on but burnt myself a few times , so I quit using it , I still have problems lighting it , it takes awhile to actually be able to control the flame , I have to hold in knob til it really warms up ,, I guess I was expecting more quality for the price I paid , I mean it worked awesome when rotisserie was spinning the stone ,, once I got flame to adjust     Disappointed in OhiO

Built the oven and right out of the box the unit wouldn’t stay lit. Spent over an hour on the text chat with support and it was determined I need a need body of the unit. It is currently on backorder with no eta on shipping. They did send a lot of accessories that’s the positive.
