Love it! wrapping hose is easy. it's durable, and makes storing it simple. color is perfect. there's no leaks around seals, function is great. this is the second one i bought. first one lasted 12 plus years. i only replaced it because i wanted a new one.

this item came with a 3-ft connector hose and it has very sturdy Wheels and I have 100 ft of hose on it and it is able to stand up to moving on rocks and grass without feeling like it's going to fall apart.  it stands up to the Arizona Sun too.  I would recommend this to you.

this item was easy to assemble, and very light weight but sturdy I used it every day sometimes twice daily, it is also easy to maneuver around the yard and to reel in a 100ft hose it is ideal, I would definitely recommend this item easy to use at any age.

nice reel! if there's one negative, one of the soouts is really close to the edge of the reel. makes it kinda hard to tighten the hose! other than that it's an awesome reel! i have a 100' hose set up n it handles it great!

I like this hose reel because it is portable. I can disconnect it and place in my garage when not in use. I just had the hose connector replaced on the side of my house. It was expensive. My last hose I left connected for several years, then I couldn't unscrew it at all. This hose reel is also better than the box-type which is bulky and not portable.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Was disappointed that the hose rack did not come with the short hose required to attach the water faucet to the hose rack as required. Could not use the hose caddy until I was able to acquire the short hose required.

I read the reviews before buying this. It fits my 100 ft hose with a little room to spare. The handle could be a bit longer (most adults using this are taller than 5') as others have stated. It works well and i no longer have to carry the hose and leave it in a pile on the patio.

Looks great and comes in two colors. Setup was easy; no real assembly required beyond locking the handle in place. The reel winds and unwinds smoothly and performs as expected. My only concern is longevity; the wheels feel lighter than they should and may not hold up over time. If sturdier replacement wheels are available, this becomes an easy recommend.

I recommend this however...

$40 seems like too much for this. The whole thing is lightweight plastic, including the hose connection. I bought one last year also and already had to replace the supply hose. The reel works well and it holds a 100' hose fine, but my medium duty hose kinks at the connector. My heavy duty hose on the other one does much better. It days 175', but it's very full with 100', so I wouldn't recommend it for more. Overall, it's fine, but don't expect it to last more than a few seasons.

Very lightweight, seems flimsy. Was hard to hold down while spooling a 100' hose on it and will be tough pulling that hose off to use it. Pretty cheap spool but I can see why. Since its used as a spare hose holder, it will serve the purpose but would not buy it again.

Flimsy and hard to use
