I can't get a good loud sound out of these. I know it's supposed to be high frequency, but I tried measuring it with a decibel reader and it only is as loud as a conversation. Not sure I'm doing it right YouTube video say to hold it in my teeth, but when I do that, my lips cover the hole so no sound at all comes out. I know this sounds stupid, but can anyone point me to something that shows me how to properly blow through these whistles to get a high frequency tone that my dogs will

Poor quality - almost no sound. Dogs don't respond and you can barely hear anything either
