This is probably going to sound weird, but it's the cleanest purest water I have ever tasted. It also helped regulate my digestive system. It's crazy to say you can taste how clean it is.

I have never tasted water so good and pure until I bought this Zero water filtration system. I have never liked the taste of water and chose to drink other things before. Now, I actually prefer drinking water. I dont buy the plastic bottles anymore either and that helps our environment too!

This  purchase was a great decision. Not only am I saving by not purchasing water bottles, but the taste is clean and refreshing. I am completely happy with this pitcher and would recommend to anyone. Very easy to use and the filtration is excellent. I am someone who dislikes the taste of water and I love the taste of this water. 

The meter and tester  are easy to use. The spout is perfect for fridge or counter use.

I REALLY am hopeful of a team up with a major refrigerator brand, its time ! ! ! Your brand quality is worth whatever adversity, GO FOR IT ! ! !

Great ENGINEERING.

Easy to use holds a good amount. Filtration a bit slow due to the ultra filtering. The best thing is it removes the fluoride. The valve takes a bit of a push to open but does not drip. Waiting to see how long the filter lasts.

Super Filtration Great Price

A few different things caused me to rate this dispenser 4 stars instead of 5.  First, the dispenser location is quite far back - the back edge of the dispensing hole is 1 3/4” back from the front of the dispenser spout.  Second, if the dispensing button isn't fully depressed quickly, the dispenser has a tendency to dispense at an angle, backward, which caused us quite a bit of spilling until we got the hang of the location and temperament of the dispenser.  Third, because the dispenser is so far back, we didn't want to hang it off the edge of the countertop and ended up building a stand so that it could live safely out of the way on the kitchen counter.  Finally, the top cover over the filtration section is not easy to get ahold of, it has a very tiny lip to sit on the dispenser and a small protruding “handle” which I don't find useful.  Now that we're used to these things I mentioned, we're very happy we bought it.  It does indeed live up to the promise of zero TDS, with our starting tap water measuring 70 on the meter.  Even our fridge in-line filtered water measured 65.  So we're very happy to have such an excellent filtration system.  We're going on 3 weeks with 2 people filling our 16 oz bottles 4-5 times a day, and we are still getting a zero reading, so we don't have feedback on filter life at this time.

Zero water as promised, takes some practice

It is rather flimsy and the spout leaks. I had to place it right by the sink because I didn't want water running down my kitchen cabinets.  The filter is hard to get screwed on correctly and after 3 tries I still don't get the 0 reading I expected.

Might want to rethink this purchase

Filter is defective: won't pass water because it vapor locks.  Tech help on phone says they are sending 2 replacement, and that was 2  weeks ago.  Never showed. Now, they say replacements were lost, so now sending 3 replacements.  Will see if they arrive, and if they work.

Doesn't work.

First 2 times filtered fine although slowly.  Third time filling and water just sits in the top, WILL NO LONGER FILTER!  Should last longer than 2 fills!!!! RIDICULOUS!!!

Only lasted for 2 fills!!!

I've had the larger Zero water pitchers before %26 never had issues (altho the meter did break.) This one leaks all over my countertop %26 floor when attempting to use spigot. 
Also would be great if I didnt have to remove the top but could bend it as the larger sizes allow. Thx!
