This is durable item and my daughter loves it. Ordered online and it is what it is on the picture. Item arrived in good condition, all parts are complete. She used it right away.

On the second day the derailer literally exploded and patrs were lost in the grass. We took the bike to a bicycle repair shop and they installed a new and much better derailer at a cost of $62 which sucks but my grandson is happy and riding aga.

Expect repairs

I bought two of these bicycles for my kids. One was OK with no issues but the other ones fork was too narrow for the front wheel. Didn't look like a damage by transport more like a quality issue.

Watch for possible quality issues

Delivered with cosmetic damage. Return would require me to carry it to the store but the bike won't fit in my car. Do ended up keeping it. Walmart staff was of no help as usual.
