Battery may not hold or take a charge, requiring replacement.

Drill has a nice grip and is easy to operate.

Provides sufficient power for various tasks.

Can be long-lasting, but may vary in quality.

It is fantastic product to use. I have bought other products from this company and have been impressed with quality and the toughness of the products. Highly recommended.

The product looks good and feels good but I can't charge the battery, I looked it up and it's a common issue. For you to be able to charge the battery you have to jump start it in a sense with another working battery which I don't have so haven't been able to use it since I bought it

Battery not working

This drill is absolutely horrendous. The RPM's are so slow compared to other drills at this price point, it's honestly not that much faster than using a ratcheting screwdriver. The brushed design on this means it has little to no power and has MAYBE 4-5 minutes of run time with the included battery. Yes, I understand I could get it to run longer if I bought the 2 amp or 4 amp battery, but they're almost as much if not more than this whole drill kit! The clutch is very finicky and doesn't like to engage at proper times. The weight of it is light.. however it feels so cheap I almost thought it was made by Hyper Tough. The included bits and tools are basically giveaway tools just to make it seem valuable, but they aren't. Basic junk that compares to tools you get at a flee market.  I could get a different brand drill that's brushless AND higher quality for barely more and get a battery (most of the time bigger than 2 amps) and charger for FREE. 

If you're gonna get invested in a tool brand lineup, skip this brand!

These are horrible tools, a brand new drill set and the battery does not work...Walmart you are losing trust of your customers selling CHEAP , low quality stuff, TEMU is better at least they sell at 1/10th your price or Amazon who have a return policy

FAKE Cheap Quality Tools

I bought this as a Christmas gift for my dad since he has been asking for one and the deal was good for what the kit includes. My dad had the battery charging for two whole days and nothing. Today (Dec 27) we went to return it and buy another one, thinking the one we got was defected. Wrong. Apparently it's an on going problem with this brand, so tomorrow I'm going to return it and just buy one from Home Depot. I recommend anyone who's thinking of buying to just go to Home Depot.

On-going Battery Problem that they don't Fix

Battery doesn't work that came with it. A battery is same price as whole set. So I don't even use it now cause I'm not spending another 54 on ONE drill battery crazy.
