The 24” x 24” Fire-Rated Insulated Access Panel is designed to provide code-compliant access to mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems behind fire-rated drywall walls and ceilings. Constructed with a 16-gauge cold-rolled steel frame and a 20-gauge galvanneal steel door, this durable metal access panel is insulated with 2" thick mineral wool and rated for up to 2 hours of fire resistance in accordance with UL and NFPA 80 standards. 

The panel includes a self-closing and self-latching slam latch for automatic closure, ensuring safety and compliance in fire-rated applications. A continuous piano hinge offers smooth and reliable operation over time. With a 1" exposed flange, this access panel for drywall allows for straightforward installation in commercial and residential environments.

I never give reviews, but had to take the time to do this one. I have ordered a lot of Fire Rated Doors from different companies. But your doors have to be the highest quality and least expensive. I was very surprised to see my custom size fire rated door arrive at the same time as the standard doors. In the past I had to wait at least 4 weeks to manufacture, not 4 days. Thanks for that! Will be calling you again soon.

Delivery was shocking. It was supposed to take several days to deliver it to my home. In two days, it was at my door.
Then when I picked the box up, I was surprised by how heavy it was. Upon examining the unit I was evident that it is very well made and durable. I was impressed.

Changing the primer color to white is a hit according to my customers. I install these in residential ceilings, nobody liked the gray, they love the white. 
Also your associate Carlos is fantastic to deal with, we order from him almost weekly. Carlos makes spending money a pleasure.

The door was everything I expected. The packaging was a little sub-par resulting in the corners of the frame being bent during shipping. 

Two of the Styrofoam corners that were meant to stabilize the door in the box broke apart during shipping and slid away from the corners, and made the corners vulnerable to bending. Both corners where the Styrofoam broke apart ended up being bent upon delivery. They were not bent beyond repair, and I am VERY satisfied with the door!!! 

I am only providing this information because you asked... and hopefully your company can give more attention to the packaging and will do something to make the Styrofoam corners stay in place..... 

The box was also a little weak, but if the Styrofoam corners were stabilized, the box might have been OK. Thanks!

Everything was perfect , except the box/ packaging

First time buying from this company, needed 80 doors in a crunch, and they were they only ones who could deliver! Really saved my butt! 
On top of that, they were the lowest price by far, and the best quality door i have seen in my 20 years of doing this, where have these guys been. Will definitely be back

Best price in town!

I was looking the cover for wall attic entry cover. I googled and found this. The doors have been good and service has been good. I wish
1. There are doors with same heigh and multiple widths unlike same width with multiple heights
2. The price is a bit high. Shipping could have been part of the price.

Good Product and Service

I searched for some time to find a solution to provide access to a confined space under a stairway in my home. This product was the perfect choice! I am extremely pleased with the purchase. The fire rating allowed me to meet code with installation between attached garage and living space. I would highly recommend this product.

Good products at good prices. It just took a lot longer than originally stated to get my doors. Everyone was nice to deal with. I would only suggest being more realistic with delivery dates. I will buy from them again just triple the estimated delivery time when scheduling my install.
