Fryer pot

Nice piece of gear, I like it. Excellent for two-person family. Just got this today and had to try it out right away. Worked great on fries and gyoza. No fry basket, so removing fries from the cooker is a minor challenge.

Nice piece of gear.

Difficult to remove food with the lid on
Thermostat only stays up with the lid on

Fryer

Kinda small and the whole pot gets very hot including the handles.

Not impressed
