Items arrived broken in the box and the shampoo poured all over everything!!!!  There is no online process for a refund of damaged items, so I recommend not ordering this product!

The bottle arrived covered in the liquid, and after a few days the top of the bottle completely broke off. The product is ok, but the packaging and bottle is horrible. Waste of money.
