I bought this to clean vault at the cemetery. It done the job very well with little to no scrubbing. I only had to run my scrub brush. Around the sides closer to the ground. 
I have frown to use this for all types of cleaning inside home and outside.  I pour a little in my mop water, I spray tub and shower and just rinse off with hot water. Cleans very good. Better than any other cleaner I have tried for soap scum. 
The smell is amazing.  I spray on all hard surfaces and wipe away clean.  Just be careful, it will bleach if soaked in if.  
All and all this is an amazing g product with a great price.  I always stay stocked up!

This product does an excellent job in cleaning the deck, porch  etc for Spring. Mix it up apply and rinse off.  (Ok its not 30 seconds- more like 10 minutes but it works great).

I suggest wearing old clothes while applying this product as it will bleach them right away- be prepared to throw them away when you are done

Works great!

Works great!! I have a heavily shaded, north facing section of my house that was heavily coated with algae. I mixed up a 50/50 water-to-concentrate solution, sprayed it on, and watched a large percentage of the algae vanish. The rest of the algae turned brown but was too thick to simply wash off, so I applied a second coat, let it sit, and then it washed off with no problem. 
It worked super fast on the skirting and shutters. I sprayed it on, waited a minute or two, and the yuck washed off with ease. It also worked great on painted and unpainted decking.
This will be my go-to cleaner henceforth!

Amazing Results with Minimal Effort

I tried it on a small area of my siding and it took off the green stuff (algae). Going to use it on my patio and sidewalk when weather permits. I like the idea of no scrubbing, just put on, wait a few minutes and rinse off.

It Works

Sprayed on vinyl siding, waited a few minutes, and went over with my pressure washer since our neighborhood has low water pressure.   House exterior is squeeky clean!

It does the job for cleaning our community’s white vinyl furniture. It couldn’t whiten older lounges I’m not sure that anything could.
It does have bleach in it. I wore old clothing. Good thing, it was windy so it bleached my clothes.

This stuff works but not even close to the times it says.  I used it on T-111 siding on my home before painting and it needed to set for way longer than it said. This wood siding is very porous so that could be why it needed longer. This stuff does what it says after sitting a while.  I'm going to try it  concrete and see how that works.

Does not work quite as well as advertised.  Still required pressure washing and multiple applications on concrete surfaces.  Did work reasonably well on plastic mailbox, but still needed pressure washer to complete job

It cleaned my vinyl siding like new, HOWEVER, after I removed the drop cloths that I covered my gardens with, the earthworms were all on the soil surface and were dying. I should've known better... this is very toxic to soil health and important organisms, like earthworms!  Even though I covered my gardens with drop cloths, it's hard to avoid runoff into the soil.
