I purchased this trash can because it was for our bathroom and wanted one large enough to hold many items and yet had some class to it. Like color...it goes with our new theme of colors and is easy and quiet to use. Best of all, our cats and dogs can't manage to figure out how to get into it so no more "stuff" all over from them getting into mischief. We love it and are very glad we found it at Walmart...where the price was very reasonable.

I love it. I was worried about the size because it looked smaller in the picture. The color, the size and the quality is wonderful.

All my appliances are stainless steel. Adding the red trash-can makes everything pop. The best part of the trash-can, it has a pull-out insert. Makes it easy to keep clean and smelling good.

Great color to spruce up the kitchen

I like this trash can because it goes well with my black appliances, love the height. The only thing other shoppers should look out for when purchasing this trash can is a garbage bag will not be easily lifted from the liner of the can, a bit of a struggle.

Over all I like this purchase.

I was so happy to find this trash can for my kitchen since everything is stainless steel. The price at Walmart was well below that of any other store. It is easy cleanup. You just spray it with all purpose cleaner, wipe it, then wipe it with water and it is like new.

Excellent Kitchen Trash Can

First, I absolutely do love this.  I wanted a tall red trash can to match my kitchen, but I didn't want to pay $80-$100 for it like everywhere else. This was a perfect choice for the money.  I've had it for a couple of weeks now and it looks great and functions perfectly.  It even looks a little taller to me in person than in the picture.  However, one thing that you can't tell from the picture-and that bothers me-is that the top of the lid is see-through, so that you can see your garbage inside the can.  The can arrived with a white styrofoam insert sitting in the lid, and I actually just left it in permanently so that I don't have to look at my trash staring back at me.  You can't tell that it's styrofoam when the lid is closed, and I think it looks a lot better that way.  Not a big deal though, I'm still very happy with my purchase.

Love it, but...

This is a nice size can for a small kitchen.  However the foot pedal that raises the lid is very flimsy feeling. I have only had the can a few days and I am worried that the pedal will break. It does not seem sturdy for a can that is fairly expensive.

This can has a plastic lid, this defeats the stainless steel purpose. Very dissatisfied!

Disappointed

Very, very poor quality metal. Mine arrived with a HUGE dent. It felt like it was somewhere between a soda can and a canned food can in thickness.  Would not recommend.
