Sometimes there's like a knock I ear when changing cycle, and sometimes I don't ear it. But other then that, It is an excellent compact machine. It's quite when spinning, and my clothes come almost dry after the spin cycle. I highly recommend this compact washing machine

As Described

So far so good, although only used it once for 4 loads of wash. Pleased that it is large enough to get quite a few items of clothing washed at the same time. 4 shirts, 2 towels, 1 pair of jeans, queen size sheet and some other smaller items ... no problem. It's quite a large machine so moving it around takes a little bit of balance as you need to tilt it to get it to move on the back wheels.

Nice machine! So far so good.

I am surprised with this washer. Ok it only takes half what a normal size can handle. That's not the surprise.  It's fairly quiet. It is easy to us. And it came with the faucet adapter and hoses in the box. With in 10 minutes of unboxing I was washing my laundry.  The delivery was a week faster than they estimated.  
I am extremely pleased with this product so far as I have been using it for 2 weeks now without issue.
I even wash my winter hi-vis clothing in it to my satisfaction!.

Perfect for my needs.

It's a great little washing machine. Is quiet too. You get to know how much clothes to put in, about half as much as regular size machine. 
Have to keep an eye on drainage hose so it doesn't fall off sink, but I weigh it down with something. 
Love it, perfect for apartment.

Love it!

I love this small washing machine. It cleans very well with cold water. I mostly use the Rapid setting, which only takes 19 minutes. It's perfect for 1-2 people. It's light and easy to move around. I used to have a huge front load Whirlpool duet washer and I often had problems with it, plus it took forever to wash clothes. The cost of having an appliance repair person come was very steep as well as the cost for parts, and they had a hard time figuring out the problem. I'm very thankful to have this small washer. Even if it only lasts a few years, it will be well worth the purchase.

I love this machine

Was actually afraid to use....was sooooo worried about my neighbors. Walls are very thin in my building! But I worried for nothing.
Machine is fantastically quiet and my laundry came out smelling great.
I still have to read more about the water levels ....I didn't think machine added enough water so I started over to add extra. I might just have put to many items in.
Anyhow I'm so happy with results.
Tip, I "taped" drain hose to my kitchen counter using painters tape. Perfect solution.

Amazingly quiet

Great machine. Quiet and solid. I use the large load water level most of the time. Water fills at least 3/4 high in the drum. Which was a problem with the panda I recently had. It washes nice and clean. Put soap acording to directions n ease up on the fabric softener. I find using a lil vinegar in the rinse cycle keeps the machine odor free. . Lil tlc n the machine will your best friend for a long time to come ...

Very happy

I just got it new and used it couple of times but the size is perfect for small spaces, it comes with quick fitting that you fix on water tap and you can easily clamp on and off the hose at each use , it is silent and clean good and get the cloth semi dry…. I love it!

Good to Buy

Machine function is really good. Holds more than I expected. Gave it only 3 stars because it is extremely hard to move. Ad claims easy to move but not true. Machine has to be tilted backwards and held tightly so it doesn't fall. Reason I bought this one is because I am a senior and needed easy movability.  This has now added to the expense of trying to fit casters on the bottom to move it around. The design needs to be changed because of this.

Three stars only. Machine not as advertised.

I really really wanted to like this washer but it is terribly inefficient. For example, I put in a "heavy" load and it read that the cycle would be 68 minutes long. It's been over an hour since I hit start, yet it shows 40 more minutes remaining. How? In the meantime, it has been taking in and releasing water, non-stop. It refuses to fill up and just agitate/clean the clothing. It's eternally filling up and draining out simultaneously. I hear it agitate for 30 seconds, and then it stops. I've had it for over a month and resigned myself that this is the way it runs. I don't recommend this washer at all.
