My hubby loves it! Best purchase ever! There was a $100 voucher Wine included in the package, however, if you are in Canada, you can not redeem the free wine unless you are in US. Other than that, the grill stands out well, it was an easy set up and took us almost an hour.

Got this as an early birthday present from the wife, set up was super easy. After seasoning the top, broke that puppy in and man o man not only was i impressed, but also now understand the hype behind these! I love it!!!

Recently upgraded from a two burner to this four burner model. It has been fantastic to have the extra cooking surface along with more shelving on the side for food prep.

I purchased the 36” Blackstone Omnivore Griddle, and it has instantly become the hero of my outdoor cooking setup. The griddle heats up fast and evenly across the entire surface, which makes a huge difference when cooking for a crowd. The four burners give you full flexibility. Whether you’re doing pancakes and eggs, smash burgers, fajitas, or hibachi-style meals.

The build is sturdy and well-designed, with plenty of prep space on the side shelves plus storage underneath. Once you get it seasoned properly, it becomes completely non-stick and super easy to maintain. I also love how consistent the heat is. No cold spots, no flare-ups, just smooth, controlled cooking.

My MIL, Mom, and I chipped in for his first Blackstone for my Husband's 25th Birthday. He loves the Blackstone! He has made dinner and breakfast in less than 24 hours with his Blackstone. The assembling was easy. The package provide almost all the tools - just need a single AA battery.

Hello. I've been wanting a blackstone for sometime. We'll I got one for Christmas and love it. I live being able to cook outside for the whole family.

Blackstone.

I ordered mine and it got shipped. Opened the box and all needed items were there. However, I noticed a couple of metal “buttons” loose at the bottom of the box. It turns out they are rivets and three of the four broke off of the aluminum piece underneath the burners. See photos. I plan to call customer service to find out how to get that repaired or replaced. Aside from that surprise, everything else looks just like my friend’s griddle. Easy to assemble! I’m excited to use it.

Finally Got Mine!

I was so excited to finally get myself a Blackstone. I have given several as gifts. Upon opening it, there were missing bolts and wing nuts and the heat tray rivets were missing and broken.  I called and BS did sent out replacement parts, but my window to assemble had come and gone.  I finally put the grill together and now one of the burners is not staying lit. Wah wah.

Finally!  And dissapointing

The grill surface is warped and rocks on the stand.  This is VERY disappointing and was not expected.  See photo. I found this out after I got the griddle put together.
