The grill is cooking! But…….Had a nut that didn't have the tread on the inside so it would not screw on but found one in the garage that worked that wasn't black. It worked! Then my only complaint is that I wish it had a dome raise up and down lid. Gonna order one from black stone today! Love the grill!

This was by far the easiest item I have ever assembled. Directions were clear and logical! Love this grill. I was on the fence with not being sure if it would be  much different that cooking on the stovetop with a frying pan. Well it's a huge difference! So worth it and sooo very happy that I got it!

Easy to assemble

Griddle is amazing, family loves when I use it due to being able to cook outdoors "food is no different we use cast iron in the kitchen". It will not make you a master chef so if you can't cook indoors the same will likely be true using this flat top. Set your expectations accordingly and have fun. Nothing I have cooked on this couldn't be done in the kitchen however the not having to clean a kitchen after is always nice.

Noice!!!

I did have an issue with changing the gas nozzles for natural gas, but the folks at Blackstone send replacement parts quickly and I was able to switch it over. I have a Big Green Egg and love it, but I know I'll use the Blackstone more often. It's so incredibly versatile., breakfast and dinner super easy. A bunch of great YouTube videos on setup, care and recipes. Super glad I bought this!

Total Versatility!

I absolutely love this griddle it's been a game changer for my large family I make everything on there. If you are considering it you should get it. It's easy to set up and such good quality. You do need to clean it after every use and oil it to maintain it.

Get it so worth it we use daily

we were pleasantly surprised with the quality and performance of this griddle.  we had never cooked on one before and after watching a few videos we were cooking like pros.  my husband said it did the best job of any grill he ever cooked on.  (it cooked evenly and quickly). Great for smash burgers!

pleasantly surprised

I went to a friend of mine's house for dinner. She asked me to cook the chicken on her new backside grill. I have never cooked on that kind of grill before, other than at a restaurant I used to work at and I loved it! I put the chicken on and it cooked beautifully! I ordered my own the next day!I now have a party coming up that I have to cook chicken cutlets for 50 people. This role will work perfectly for that. I'm so excited!

Dream Grill

Unit is mostly excellent. However there is one very odd design component. Left shelf cannot go down when an LP tank is attached. Absolutely dumb engineering there especially since the handle to help move the unit is on that side. 

Only 2 of the 4 wheels are casters limiting the easy of movement especially when you don't have fixed shelves. Fixed shelves make picking up one side to aid moving. Just charge an extra $10 more and include 4 casters instead of 2.

Almost great. But with quirks.

I was disappointed with the assembly quality, especially given the price and hype around this product. I was missing four shelf peg washers—not a major issue, mostly cosmetic—but several hardware problems followed.

The large wheel nuts appeared heavily painted/powder-coated, making them extremely difficult to thread onto the bolts. More importantly, the screw inserts for the paper towel holder were not threaded, so the M6 screws had nowhere to go. I also found unthreaded holes in the straight-wheel leg brackets and the grill-side paper towel holder mounting points.

These 4–5 separate hardware/quality-control issues made nearly half the assembly take about three times longer than necessary, and the paper towel holder cannot be installed at all. I'll reserve final judgment until I cook with it, but the cheap/improper hardware and poor quality control left a bad first impression.

Can only speak the assembly and packaging

Do not order this item from Walmart....they delivered the item damaged....we didnt repair realize the lid was damaged bc it is the last thing to assemble....so we had to assemble, dissasemble and switch it out and reassemble which took us 6 hours of our own time....Wanart refused to compensate us, offered  us 10 dollars compensation, like come on 10 dollars, very insulting and not taking responsibility for knowingly delivering us a damaged item,  my friend has had problems with Walmart delivery and things going missing from her groceries and warned me nit to order to. them.....i will neve use this online again.....poor poor customer service.
