Ps to anyone who gets one and is ready to condition your blackstone. Do it several times on low heat then switch to high towards end, rather than on just high and it will blacken evenly and not leave weird patches. 

I watched YouTube videos and ones who did it on high heat (granted they were following directions for the blackstone) made it look patchy and uneven .

Amazing griddle. I only upgraded because the old one I had for 8 years but I wanted the lid and back grease trap. My old one still did great gave it to my in-laws.

Durability

Easy to assemble; instructions easy to understand.  Need another person to attach top griddle portion due to its weight, but easy to do that part with the extra person.  Allow for a fair amount of time to do the seasoning stage; need to let the seasoning burn off 4-5 times.  Love the Blackstone so far.  It is so versatile as compared to a regular gas grill.

My kids and I purchased this for my husband for Father's Day. So far so good! This thing is amazing and you can cook everything! TikTok, YouTube, and others will give you ideas. I ordered the silicone cover from amazon and we returned to Walmart to get the utensils etc. Our youngest, who is 13, also cooked on it today! You won't be sorry!!

This was very easy to assemble and has been used almost daily. We've made everything from crêpes to tacos, steaks, you name it we've done it.

Worth every penny

I recently bought this Blackstone 36”- 4 burner griddle and it is worth every penny! It heats up evenly, gives you plenty of space to cook for a your family or a big crowd, and cleanup is super easy. Highly recommend it to anyone who loves outdoor cooking.

I live the convenience of cooking a few different things at one time and the clean up is so easy, I only had it for a few months and it will not ignite now. I hope this is an easy fix. I can't wait to start cooking on this grill again

Is it worth the money

My griddle never heat above 350 degrees since out of the box.  This makes a lot of areas in the grill unable as there are a lot of dead areas that do not get evenly hot.  Other than that.  I do love using it and assembly wasn't cumbersome.  It's pretty heavy so you do need two people.

Like it but doesn't fully heat up.

the thumb screw for leg support does not go through, I've tried to adjust but it won't line up. item cam with dents. I don't like waste so going to attempt make it work.
