Yes, it does glue, but rather messily. I was replacing a glue stick that I very much liked, and probably didn't analyze the many choices as well as I should have.

This is the best glue for craft projects ever! I make card using photos I've taken and
this is neat, clean, easy to use and the photos never fall off once they get where they
are going. I highly recommend it to anyone who loves to make pretty things in their
spare time.

I bought a Scotch Wrinkle Free glue stick. It was premium priced and I thought I was buying a high performance product. Wrong! It worked no better than other glue sticks. and now, after about a month in desk drawer its turned into a stringy gooey unusable mess.

This is a poor product.

I use these glue sticks for card making.  It absolutely does not wrinkle the paper.  I like the fact that you have a moment to adjust the paper a bit and get placement perfect before it sets up.  Please note that this product is sold by weight and not by volume.  You are getting the amount of product that is stated, but the tubes are longer so you have enough to grip for ease of use.  You aren't being short-changed just because the product isn't to the top of the tube.  Of all the places I checked, Walmart has the best price.

SOLD BY WEIGHT, NOT BY VOLUME

I will not buy this particular type of glue stick again. It performed terribly. The glue turned "webby", leaving a trail of sticky mess that I could not control. I wore the glue on my fingertips trying to get my craft parts to stick.

Did I get a bad batch?
