Easy to install, if painted drywall, the surface won't be perfectly smooth, but it still works decently.

User needs to be careful erasing as smearing ink from the board onto the wall is an easy mistake for a careless user. Suggest making a border with wide painter's tape on the actual board once installed.

Extremely frustrating to install.  I contacted 3M prior to purchasing and they sent me detailed videos of how to install it properly.  I meticulously followed the instructions, but it took me over an hour (with the help of another person) to install it and still had to reinstall it multiple times because of bubbles that would pop up. 

I'm a very handy person and rarely do I need instructions to do something like this.  I usually finish the job beautifully and faster than most people.  

However, the annoyance of the backing constantly falling off and now the constant bubbling have convinced me its better to never buy this again
